The girl who is greenhorn is a seventeen-year-old from a kinda-big kinda-small town in Western Australia. Her name is Darcy. She likes her English class, reading books (mostly when they’re about teenagers) and watching movies (mostly when they’re about teenagers and made in the nineties or by John Hughes). She also really likes her friends, and sports and all that stuff that is totally irrelevant to the internet. That reminds me, I forgot to tell you. She loves the internet. In particular this online magazine. Anyway she’s a total confused oddball, and doesn’t even really know what this blog’s about. Probably to say how much she loves 10 Things I Hate About You and The Collector. Possibly to preach to the world what it is she loves most about being a teenager. Most likely because deep down she’s a bit of an attention seeker, and this is at least an opportunity for her to get attention, and if she doesn’t then maybe she will finally realise that no one cares and she’ll go back to telling the mirror on the inside of her wardrobe instead.
